The best place to reach us is probably on IRC. Remember that most of the people there are from western Europe (gmt+1).
Join us at irc://irc.freenode.org/navit. Logfiles for that chatroom can be found here and can be googled.
If you don't have an irc client, you can use the web-based chat.
