Dependencies

Be sure to check the prerequisites.
It is entirely possible that Navit will build without some of the prerequisites, but you may find that you have some crucial features missing such as the GUI.
Prerequisites are operating-system dependent:
- OpenSuse dependencies
- Gentoo dependencies
- Debian dependencies
- Ubuntu dependencies
- Fedora dependencies
- Navit on Windows
In general you will need one of ksvg2png, rsvg-convert or Inkscape to build pre-scaled icons in the xpm directory - the ./configure step during make will detect if you have one of those installed.
